Cancellations
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, a rebooking fee will be required to be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. Rebooking fee for cut sessions is $25, rebooking fee for color sessions is $50.
Mutual Responsibilty
Should I need to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, other events outside of my control, a service credit in the amount of $25/$50 will be added to your guest profile and applied at your next visit. ($25 for cut sessions, $50 for color sessions). I will make every attempt to reschedule you back on my calendar within 10 days of the missed appointment.
Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or cut, let me know by email within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Any changes made that are outside of what was discussed in our consult, are a shift from the original goal, or are a result of improper home care (color or curl routine), will result in new charges. Every effort will be made to get you back into the salon within 7 days. Please note that if you do not notify me within 7 days of your visit, the adjustment policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be charged according to my service pricing.
Detangling
Tangles are a normal part of textured hair. However, if excessive detangling is needed, an additional detangling fee may apply and/or service may be adjusted to stay within your scheduled appointment time.
Retail Returns
I want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchase you make with me. If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Retail refunds are not available. I will exchange your purchased product for another product that I believe is better suited to meet your needs and goals.
