New Guest Sessions
Every new Haven guest starts with a comprehensive consultation, because great curl care begins with actually getting to know you. When you arrive, you'll settle in with a craft coffee made just for you while you fill out your guest intake, a chance to put your hair history, your frustrations, and your goals into your own words. Then we'll go through it together, unhurried and honest, so that everything we do from that moment forward is built entirely around you.
This is curl care that starts with actually listening.
Curl Care Session

Come as you are. This is a warm, no-pressure introduction to what real curl care feels like and a chance to see if Haven is the right fit for you.
You'll start with a consultation over a hand-crafted latte, sharing your curl history and goals. Then I'll care for your curls - detoxed, cleansed, hydrated, and styled with clean, healthy products so you experience firsthand what's possible. No overwhelm. No commitment. Just a cozy, private one-on-one experience with a curl specialist who meets you exactly where you are.
You'll leave with a list of products used in your session and a genuine understanding of how real curl care can benefit you and your curls.

You know your curls. Now let's take care of them.
You've got a feel for your curls and you're ready for a specialist who can take them further. This is your session.
You'll start with a consultation over a hand-crafted latte, where we'll talk about your curl goals and what you're working toward. Then in a cozy, private one-on-one appointment, I'll care for your curls from start to finish - a full detox, cleanse and hydration, your signature curl cut, and a fresh style using clean, healthy products chosen just for you.
You'll leave with healthier curls, a supportive shape, and your Simplified Curl Plan with product recommendations tailored to you. No overwhelm. No guessing. Just real curl care from someone who genuinely gets it.
Plus, you gain access to the Loyal Guest Digital Lounge - exclusive resources and direct support from me between appointments.

Then in a cozy, private one-on-one session, I'll care for your curls from the ground up - a full detox, cleanse and hydration, your signature curl cut, and a hands-on styling lesson using clean, healthy products chosen specifically for your curl needs.
You'll leave with shaped, healthy, cared-for curls and a genuine understanding of your curls and how to care for them. No overwhelm. No generic advice. Just real curl care from someone who knows your curls need to work for your real life, not just the day you leave the chair.

Tangles are a normal part of textured hair. However, if excessive detangling is needed, an additional detangling fee may apply and/or service may be adjusted to stay within your scheduled appointment time.
